| when renting a car with Kuta Car Rental |

International Driving License or Tourist Driving License is required for foreigners, and National Driving License for Indonesian. |
|
|
Rental rate is inclusive of full coverage insurance for the Rental Car including any damage, theft of the car or any part of it. Full insurance coverage is subject to Maximum US$ 100.00, own risk excess per accident (if any) |

|
Self-driving rental rates are for 24 hours a day. In the event of additional hours, Party 2 will be charged @ US$ 2.50, If you wish to extend use of the car please inform us not less than 24 hours before the expiry date and time, otherwise the car may be pre-booked by another party. |

|
The renter, Party 2, will be fully responsible to any damage, theft of the car or part of it, if the car is driven not on the road (e.g. beach, field, etc.). |

|
It is not permitted to drive the car to outside the island without approval of car rental company |
|
|
An advance deposit is not needed to make a booking, therefore simply completing and send us your Booking Form and your car rental would be prepared on your requested date and time. |
|
|
Payments and Cancellation: All payments are to be paid in full, in cash or by credit cards upon signing of contract. |
|
|
Payment made by Credit Cards is subject to 3% additional bank charge-administration fees and it must be processed in Indonesian Rupiah by law and will be converted at the prevailing bank exchange rate on the day of payment. |
