The activity of sea walking has been taking place in Okinawa, Japan since 1992 and has since been introduced to Hawaii, Guam, Kankun, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, and Mexico. Unique in practicing this activity is that one needs no certificate as is the case with scuba diving. Other specialty of sea-walker is the fact that everyone can make use of it. A sea walker should put a glassed helm of 35 kg weight, equipped with a cable line linked to an air-supplying compressor located on the pontoon of a floating ship.
